Added the Random images to the top of the forum

I just wanted to share the small changes so far to HC. We are working on getting the the design to flow better as well as a get a mobile option for all the phone browsers.

The random images should work better at the top so we can show guests and members the quality growing HC members can have. Just wanted to share more light on what you guys do and get this place going again.

How it gives the name and text regarding the pictures. Hope you guys like it at the top.
